Product: hp 9050n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello I just bought an HP 9050n printer at an auction and the control panel is all locked up

I can't access "Configure Device", "Diagnostics" and "Service" menus are al locked out..

and the printer's ip address on the machine is set way outside of my network..

How can I gain access to this device so I can use the printer?
