Hello! As can be seen in the scans, my printer has a big misalignment between colours and black. Needless to say that I visited forum as a last resort after failing in all other recommended sollutions and Q&A that can be found online. Calibration wont fix the problem, nor does cleaning or any other automatic maintenance sollution. This printer has been working very well so far. I was very happy with it. Hope can get some help with this issue.

Have you tried a different black cartridge?  The colors all appear fine in your sample which suggests that the problem may be just the black. Is your firmware up to date? Check the current version at support.hp.com.

Try to do a Restore Default from front panel to see if it helps.  Service -> Restore Default

If it's needed you may have to run a set of calibrating.

If it still not works then you may need to replace black cartridge to try, but don't threw away the old one you can put it back one day and it may work then.
