Hi @smart19,

Thank you for reaching out!

To help resolve the issue where your printer isn’t automatically printing, I need a bit more information:

1. Could you please provide the model name of your printer?

2. How is your printer connected to your device — USB, wireless, or Bluetooth?

3. Which operating system are you using on your computer?

4. Have you recently updated the printer drivers or any software?

5. Are there any error messages displayed on the printer or computer screen?

Meanwhile, you can try these general troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Power and Connection

Ensure the printer is powered on and connected properly.

If it’s wireless, confirm that the Wi-Fi light is on.

2. Restart Devices

Restart both your printer and computer to clear temporary issues.

3. Check for Errors

Look for error messages or blinking lights on the printer’s control panel. These might indicate issues like paper jams or low ink levels.

4. Set Default Printer

Make sure your printer is set as the default printer in your computer’s settings.

5. Update Drivers

Check the HP Support website for any available driver updates for your printer model and install them.

6. Clear Print Queue

Sometimes, documents stuck in the print queue prevent new print jobs. Clear the queue from your computer’s printer settings.

7. Run Printer Troubleshooter

Use the built-in printer troubleshooter (Windows or Mac) to automatically detect and fix common printer problems.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please provide more details.

Please let me know how this works. We’re here to guide you step by step until your printer is working smoothly.
