Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP laserjet MFP m127fw  indicates ADF paper jam when there is none

Does it report a jam when you try to scan or is it there all the time? Have you cleaned the rollers and checked the little sensor arms in the bottom of the paper path to make sure they are not stuck?

 

Try a power reset by unplugging the printer while it's ON, wait about a minute, then plug it back in to see if that helps.
