Hello, I bought a printer for a long time. It worked fine, but at some point I was simply stuck on initialization, having read on the Internet that it is possible a scanner cable, I checked it. I use original cartridges. The computer sees it as a cd disk, when trying to enter it it says that there are no rights. Drivers from the official site are also not defined.
When you turn on the printer just hangs on initialization, but if you press the touch button in the form of a house, it goes to the start screen. Also trying to reset to factory settings. it didn’t help, writes that it discards, but in fact not, even the language does not change. Also tried resetting Permanent storage init. It also did not help, it also hangs on initialization. I don’t know where to go next. Perhaps there is some other discharge?

Like I said this is a hardware issue and the printer needs to be serviced. Contact the support team in your region for help.

I also noticed that the foot, which should touch the chip in the cartridge when it is spinning in the carousel does not work, there are no extraneous sounds. In this case, the rubber shaft and the thermofilm are spinning.
