I would like to help

 

Are you experiencing any printing / scanning issues with your printer?

 

Try updating the printer through the EWS Page

 

Print out a  Network configuration page to find the printer's IP Address and type the IP Address in the Address Box of a Browser to open the printer's EWS Page.

 

Once you enter the EWS Page look for the tab update
