HP Recommended

I am trying hp printer doctor, but itdoes not recognize any printer. Do i need to reinstall cd? Dont hope it to work with printer non-responsive, but still trying it out!!

Finally figured out  after 4-5 hours research and help from Gemini02. All it needed was baking of formatting board @350C for 8 min. Printer back to working condition. Hope it helps others!!!
