Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In collegamento INTERNET di PC Hp e Stampante HP, LO SCANNER NON FUNZIONA. In esito procedura d'installazione del programma, viene segnalato: THE INSTALLATION SOFTWARE IS NOT SUPPORTED ON THIS OS, OR THE SYSTEM DOES NOT MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THIS SOFTWARE. PLEASE REFER TO THE PRODUCT SPECIFICATION. Pertanto chiedo come posso risolvere il problema facendo presente inoltre che: 1) il CD d'installazione non procede; 2) il PC è privo di WI-FI; 3) il collegamento tra PC e Stampante e Modem di Linea telefonica avviene via cavo-USB.
