Hi, my hp laserjet pro p1102w is stuck on that step ?

tried to uninstall software using all method it didn't proceed

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document fix :-

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows)

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor on your Windows computer to help diagnose and fix printing and scanning issues.

  1. Make sure paper is loaded in the main tray, and then turn on the printer.

  2. Download HP Print and Scan Doctor, and then follow the prompts to install and open the tool.

  3. On the welcome screen, click Start to select your printer and run the diagnostic.

  4. If your printer is not found, click My product is not listed, and then follow the instructions troubleshoot the connection.

Repair Windows system files

Use the Microsoft System File Checker (SFC) utility to repair damaged or corrupt system files.

  1. Close all open programs and apps running in Windows.

  2. Search Windows for command, right-click Command Prompt from the list of search results, and then select Run as Administrator.

  3. Type sfc /scannow in the command prompt, and then press Enter.

  4. If a Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them message displays, reinstall the HP driver and software.

Other install methods to try

One of the following installation methods might resolve the installation issue.

Install the HP Smart app and set up the printer

Get the HP Smart app for Android, Apple iOS and iPadOS, Windows 10, and Mac to set up and use your HP printer to print, scan, copy, and to manage settings.

  1. Place the printer near the Wi-Fi router.

  2. Make sure paper is loaded in the main tray, and then turn on the printer.

  3. Download the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com (Android, Apple iOS, iPadOS), HP Smart - Microsoft Store (Windows 10), or HP Smart - Mac App Store.

  4. Open the app to set up your printer.

    • If your printer is found, follow the instructions to complete the setup.

    • If your printer does not display or to add another printer to the app, click the plus sign , and then follow the instructions to add the printer.

    • If your printer is not found, continue to the next step.

  5. Restore the network defaults from the printer to place it into first-time wireless setup mode.

    • Most HP printers with a touchscreen: On the printer, select Restore Network Defaults from the Wireless, Settings , or Restore Settings menu.

    • Most HP printers without a touchscreen: Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Wireless and Power lights blink.

    • HP Laser printers: Press and hold the Wireless button until the Attention light blinks. The printer might restart.

    • HP Tango printers: Press and hold the Wireless button on the back of the printer until the Edge lighting flashes blue.

  6. Within two hours, click the plus sign in the HP Smart app to add the printer and set it up on your wireless network.

Install the printer by adding a new TCP/IP port

Add a new TCP/IP port with the Devices and Printers app in Windows to install the printer.

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Search Windows for control panel, and then select Control Panel from the list of results.

  3. Click Hardware and Sound, and then click Devices and Printers.

  4. Click Add a printer.

  5. If available, click Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.

  6. Click The printer that I want isn't listed.

  7. Select Add a printer using TCP/IP address or hostname, and then click Next.

  8. Select TCP/IP Device in the Device type drop-down menu.

  9. Type the printer IP address in the Hostname or IP address box.

  10. Remove the selection from Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use, and then click Next.

  11. On the Install the printer driver window, click Windows Update.

  12. After the update completes, select HP in the Manufacturer list, select your printer in the Printers list, and then click Next.

Install the printer using a Universal Print Driver (LaserJet printers)

Downloading and installing a Universal Print Driver (UPD) might resolve the wireless install error for LaserJet printers.

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Go to HP Software and Driver Downloads, and then enter your printer model name and number.

  3. Click Download next to Driver-Universal Print Driver.

  4. When the download completes, open the file and follow the instructions.
