Hi,
We have since a few years a LaserJet Pro 100 MFP M175nw and we are so far very happy with it. We are on the second set of toners, and really do not use the printer that often, since our work horse is a HP LaserJet 1200 that we have used for 15 years.
However now I have a problem. The 100MFP M175nw has quite and tells me that I must replace the imaging drum. The printer quality is perfect, so I do not understand why the printer tells me to replace the drum? Relating back to the HP 1200 printer that we have used for 15 years, we have never replace the drum on that printer.
What can I do to bypass the error message and get the printer to work again without having to replace a fully working imaging drum?
Looking forward to your suggestion.

you can try this option but i never try it before.
Go to
menu>Configure Device>Print Quality>select Full calibrate now
once it's completed then run following action:
Menu>Configure Device>Reset>Reset Supplies>New transfer kit>yes
The chip on the drum unit can be bought and simply replaced.This will be the cheaper option.
