HP Connected will not accept the printer claim code when I set up.  "invalid Code"

Hi,

The claim code is only valid for 24 hours, a such may happen if the Web Services been enabled earlier than this time period.

 

Click the Web Services icon on your printer (the top-left icon on the screen) and click on Settings.

Click on Remove Web Services and Confirm.

 

Next click the Web Services icon again and follow the steps to re-enable it.

A new information sheet will be printed automatically, it may take several minutes with no prompt on the screen.

 

Now try adding the device to the HP Conencted site by using the new claim code.

will not accept my claim code and I just printed it off
