Product: laser jet printer

hello how are you? my name is chady i have a Huawei GR5 2018 and I have at work an HP printer laser jet pro M201dw but i can't print anything from my phone how can u help me to solve this issue?

For you to print from your phone, you need to ensure that the printer is on a WiFi network and the phone is also connected to the same network as the printer.

 

  • Is your Printer already connected to a WiFi network?
  • The WiFi light on the printer is that solid or fashing?

Please provide the above information to assist you with accurate resolution.
