We have this model as a network printer and it keeps givin prompts and prints this school year for us to insert a flash drive to use job storage. We are not interested in this feature and not sure why it keeps prompting this when it has never been used.

Hello, one thing you can try is turning off the job storage mode. To do this you will have to right click on the printer in devices and printers, select preferences, and under the job storage tab you can check to see if "Job Storage Mode" is set to off. If not, change it to off and try to print again to see if that changes anything.
Hope this helps....

You are getting this error because one of your users has set their driver to job storage. If printers are pushed out via a print server, diable this function in the driver and your problem will be solved.
