color laser jet pro mfp m477fnw

I have a color laser jet pro mfp m477fnw printer and it leaving marks on the left side of the paper. It sometimes leaves what was previously printed on it in light color.  We have 2 of these printers and they are both doing the same.  Could it is be the fuser?

Thanks

Yes, more than likely it is the fuser that's causing the problem. It is the most common cause for your description. It could potentially be a bad toner cartridge if the repeating marks are only in one color, but if it includes all the colors, it's the fuser.

I have seen quite a few failed fusers on this model. If your page count is less than 30,000 (reports menu, usage page), contact HP and scream bloody murder and you will likely get them to replace the fuser.

I have uploaded the report.  Looks like I have over 30,000.

And how do I find the part number for it.

Thank you for your help.

That page count is still relatively low, I would bark at HP first. The part number for the simplex fuser (your unit does not duplex) is RM2-6431-000CN
