I do not remember the password to authenticate the server to access 10.3.4.50 browser to printer information.
How can I recover or reset request for user name and password to set and review the functionality of the browser from the printer control panel?

"The server reports that the request from the HP LaserJet device (password only, no username required) @ NPI242395."

Thank you.

Hi,

You will have to do a reset to remove the passowrd
Unplug the power cable.

Hold the Right arrwow and cancel on the display
then plug the power cable and keep down till it displays
permenant storage init

if this doesnt help then
follow the same steps with left arrow and cancel.

Hope this helps.

Thank you *SO* much. I was going nuts, trying to find the solution.

I solved with the second step: with left arrow and cancel.
