After turning on the printer, there is an inscription load paper. After loading paper in tray 1 printing occurs. And when the add paper in the tray 2, the label load paper persists and printing does not occur. How to be?

If i read your post correctly the printer prints until tray 1 is empty and then feed out from tray2 until tray 2 is empty.Refilling tray2 only the machine might do what you explained, because tray 1 is the main tray for the machine and also the default tray,There should be a setting to force the machine to use the default tray only.Hope this will help.

Not quite. The problem is that the printer does not detect paper in tray 2. The display constantly displays the message load paper

Then i would look at the sensor in the tray that detects the paper when loaded.Sometimes these sensors do hook out of place or even break the flag.If you can find the place of the sensor interlock it with a piece of folded paper in the sensor slot and see if error is gone. That will determine if sensors is working.Hope this will help.
