Hi -

I'm trying to locate the total number of pages printed during the lifetime of the printer. I cannot find the value anywhere.

I find the number of pages printed with each of the current cartridges but no lifetime count.

Where is it?

Thanks -

Valerie

I found it.

The total page count is listed under the Device Configuration as IMPRESSIONS.

I was looking for "page count" and didn't think to look at the impressions.

"Impressions" is the third catagory under the Device Configuration (Home Tab) when viewing the printer info via a browser.

Not sure on this printer but try the configuration page or the usage page in the reports menu as one of them may have the total pages printed.

I have printed the Configuration Report and the lifetime page count is not there.

Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

Found it under Usage Page.  Look under Print Engine for Total Impressions and that is where it is.
