Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a windows 10 update to one of my computers, my printer stoped being able to auto duplex from that computer.  When I go to printer properties it shows ""Print on both sides (manual)" with no auto duplex option.

When I go to settings in windows 10 -  printer settings, select the printer, printer properties, device settings tab - the duplex unit pull down says "not installed". When I change duplex unit to installed - it chnges itself back to not installed when i close the tab and only permits manual duplexing.

The computer on the network that has not had the update is still able to auto duplex.

Just discovered that the window for the printer properties has an OK button on the bottom that was hidden behind the task bar on my notebook computer screen. Can't move the window up any higher, can't resize it to fit on the available space on the screen. Only sotlution was to hide the task bar so I could hit the OK button to keep the setting.  Still not sure why a windows update would have reset the printer settings to manual duplex in the first place.

Thanks for putting your answer in. Never would have solved it without that bit about the hidden Apply button
