durig start up get D2000000 on blue screen

Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479fdw is the model, i am work, printer is at home.  on startup after a real long time with the hp logo, it sometime goes to the copy print screen then after awhile it goes to a blue screen with what looks like a big start button with a message like DB557348 (just yesterday) and then it freezes. i do not know haw to send you a picture.  goirish72
