Product: hp neverstop 1200 laser printer, new

bought a new printer, laser neverstop 1200, trying to fill toner catridge for the first time. unable to rotate it to 180 degrees as advised, what should i do.

Please ensure your printer is powered on before inserting the toner reload kit.
