HP Recommended

I have HP Office Jet 5255. All of a sudden the printer will not print anything from my PC. It will print documents that I open and send with my iphone or laptop, but it will not print anything I open with my PC. Whats wrong here? My HP Smart app says the printer is asleep. But Ive disabled all power saving optins.  Help!?
