Sure - Jams can happen.

-- What you do depends on one and more of the following --

• The printer model
• Whether the printer is clean and ready to do its best work
• What the printer supports in terms of paper size, paper type, and paper weight
• Whether the supported paper is loaded correctly -- right tray, correct orientation, print side down (or up depending on printer)
• Whether the printer is aware of the paper that is loaded -- Tray and Paper -- the paper size and type
• Whether the job configuration is correct for the current job

What to do?

The best diagnostic information is generally that which is geared (relevant) to your particular printer model.
