I have moved and now have a new ISP for internet connectivity. I am trying to reset my wireless network connectivity for the HP MFP M281CDW but cannot do so without a password. I do not know that I reset it during the initial setup out of the box at the old address, but it will not take admin, nor is it blank. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

Hey there! @JDA2U

Try the steps recommended below and check if it helps.

Try restoring the printer settings to factory defaults.

Restore the factory-set defaults

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe until the Setup menu displays. Touch the Setup icon to open the menu.
2. Scroll to and select the Service menu.
3. Scroll to and select Restore Defaults, and then touch OK.
The printer automatically restarts.

If you still have issues accessing the printer control panel try performing an NVRAM reset on the printer.

As the steps to perform an NVRAM reset is confidential and dedicated to your printer. Please watch your inbox for more information.

Hope this answers your query!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
