Your post did not capture your Operating System/version.
This information is important because it helps us know how to answer the question and better guess which application or software you might have been using before it fell apart.
-- The easier answer -- and one that fits more than one Operating System / version --
Printing from a Website requires an installed print application or software suitable for that Operating System / version.
The printer must be connected to your network or, at the least, to your device (computer, tablet, phone). Mobile devices generally require some form of network connection, even if it is just "Wireless Direct".
Applications vary by device (computer, tablet, phone).
→ → → Install / Use the HP App to print photos and PDF documents.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-- Relevant to supported versions of Windows --
Windows supports a variety of applications and print software.
Install / Use the HP App to print photos and PDF documents.
Install / Use the full driver printer software -- Installation of the full driver places one or more shortcut icons on the Desktop. The full driver also supports printing from within Word plus other software programs and websites, too.
-- What can go wrong? --
Almost anything can interrupt printing in Windows -- including and not limited to one and more of the following:
- Pending Windows Updates -- should not happen but Updates that are "pending restart" can interfere with other operations, including printing.
- Loss or corruption of the full driver printer software -- Yes, loss of the full driver software can result disappearance of printer icons on the Desktop
- Loss of control over the Default Printer
- Loss of the HP Driver assignment in Printer Properties → Tab Advanced → Driver --
- -- NOTE -- Printer Properties driver assignment is important because the IPP / Microsoft drivers do not provide support for all the printer's features. Some options might be missing, for example, Color, 2-sided, and others.
- Incorrectly or incomplete Printer's Tray and Paper settings (paper size / type)
- Something completely benign -- for example, not selecting the correct Printer / Driver during job setup.
- Uninstalling the HP App -- Yes, uninstalling the application removes the HP App icon from the Desktop
-- What to do? --
Examples are available for all of the above.
Do you have any idea what applications or software you were doing or using before -- or what it looked like?

The default PIN might be located on the back or inside the printer (ink access area).
See your printer's user guide for additional information.
Search the guide for “ PIN “
EWS – Tray and Paper Management / Paper > Trays
Notes
Depending on the printer model, the Printer Control Panel touchscreen might provide access to Paper Size / Type settings immediately after the paper is (re)loaded into the appropriate printer intake tray or when the tray is opened and then closed.
Reminders
EWS (Embedded Web Server) provides access and control for Settings, including Tray and Paper.
Paper Size, Type, and Weight loaded in the printer tray must be supported for use in that tray.
