Each time print is selected the printer does not respond until HP Print Doctor is run, then the printer prints.  Print Doctor also shows a problem with 'port match' and it takes minutes for Print Doctor to pass through that check.  Any 'fix' that is applied is not retained for the next print job.  How can this 'port match' issue be fixed?
