print black lines

Dear all,

I have a problem with my Laser Jet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw. 
 When I print something black, there are horizontal black lines that appear. I've tried everything to fix it, we change the cartridge, we made the cleaning but nothing change, still print black horizontal line.
Can someone please help?

Are the lines random or are they evenly spaced?

If random, it could be your transfer belt.  In this case I would suggest buying a new printer.

If the lines are evenly spaced, it is probably the fusing unit.  

If it is the fusing unit you have a couple of choices.  

1) Order and install a maintenance kit.  This should include the fusing unit and most rollers.

2)  Have a repair facility take care of it.

3)  Purchase a new printer.
