we have this printer from 1 year. We just change all  cartridges, clean headers by panel, all type of cleaning from panel but when we print we have hard problems because there are large vertical lines, for example :

pri   ter    car   dges

pri   ter    car   dges

pri   ter    car   dges

We had this happen with a PW 477 Pro.  We ran a nozzle cleaning page and it worked.

If you have run all the cleanings and still have this issue, then likley your printhead has Black ink Fade (bif). This is a terminal issue caused by black pigment settling out of the ink solution and clogging the printhead. Contact HP Technical Support and push to have the unit replaced.
