printer doesn't print in color

Hi everyone

I am having issues with my laserjet: it doesn't print in colors from my smartphones (I have a galaxy s10, huawei p20 pro and p 20 lite). When I try to print, I don't have the color option, it worked well till a month ago.

I understand you are not able to print in color using your Android phones and and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Are you able to copy documents in color?

Could you also print a print quality test report and let me know if it has color in it. In order to print the report:

1.) On the printer control panel, touch the Setup button.

2.) Touch Reports and select Print Quality.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I'm able to copy in color and the print quality test seems ok ( it has 5 colors).

Since you are able to Copy in Color this seems to be a software issue
