Product: hp laserjet 4250tn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I have hp laserjet 4250 that was running on windows xp and now i cant find drivers on hp website

You should be able to use one of the native drivers built in to XP such as the Laserjet 4000 or if you can find an older Universal Printer Driver. As XP went end of life ages ago, support has long since been withdrawn for this OS.
