59.F0 is a hardware problem needed to be fixed by taking many parts apart to get to.

Which firmware did you update? The basic formatter firmware you can get with a Google search or the DC Controller firmware at HP FTP site: ftp://dccfw:.Gbu1108@ftp.usa.hp.com/ There is a difference. If you did the ftp site DC Controller firmware update and still have the issue, then you many actually have a hardware issue with a motor, sensor, etc., which will require parts to be replaced.
