Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!
Let's try uninstalling the printer and re-installing the printer driver at the root level. This may fix the issue.
Please follow these steps:
- In Windows, search for 'Control Panel' and open 'Programs' or 'Programs and features' and select 'Uninstall a Program'.
- Select your HP Printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for 'Control Panel' and look for 'View devices and printers'option under 'Hardware and Sound'.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'.
- Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
- Click on the "Drivers" tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select Ok.
- Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
- Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
- Restart the computer.
- Download the printer driver and install it from this link. Open the downloaded file, follow onscreen instructions and complete installation
- Try printing from your PC again and check if you can print.

Screenshot showing what happened while installing HP Printer driver.
Thank you dear for your support though it didn't yet solved my problem. The above picture shows what happened installing the driver. And, after installing I tried to print from MS Officie and PDF file but I can't print it. Furthermore, there is no printer icon in Device Manager.

Are the printer and the PC connected on the same network?
Let's try these steps
Step 1: Check the connectivity between the Printer and PC:
From the printer control panel, go to 'Network Setup' > 'Network Test' > OK.
It prints a report that would have the IP address of the printer.
From the PC,
a. Open a command-line prompt on your computer. For Windows, click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then press Enter.
b. Type ping followed by the IP address for your printer. Refer to the below example.
c. If the window displays round-trip times, the network is working.
If the ping command failed, verify that the network hubs are on, and then verify that the network settings, the product, and the computer are all conƭgured for the same network.
If the Printer and the PC are on the same network but you still have a communication issue, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Restore network Settings.
- From the printer control panel, go to 'Network Setup' > 'Restore Defaults'
- Restart the printer and PC
- Check the IP address of the printer
- Try to ping the IP address of your printer from the PC and check if there is a communication
Let me know what happens.

The Printer and PC need to be connected for the installation to complete either with the USB or an Ethernet cable.
- Uninstall the printer driver.
- Reboot PC.
- Re-install the printer driver. When prompted, please connect the USB/Ethernet cable for the installation to complete.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers!
