HELP! When I use a USB to print a document the printer takes HOURS to print, pausing between pages and we're on the verge of throwing this printer out as it's infuriated everyone at work. We've tried everything and nothing is working. Is there something simple we're missing? when we 'copy' there is no problem.

Printing from a USB stick or from a PC connected via USB?  Sorry, not clear from your post.

Hey, thanks for the reply! We connect a computer via a USB cable. We can't seem to make the printer print without pausing between each page. We have a high volume of printing and this is becoming a big issue. Is there anything we can do to fix it?
