hi, 

my printer was working fine for 2 years now, then recently when i try to print any thing word, pdf, it just shrinks the page.

so a page that should fill the entire page. there is now a about an inch taken from the bottom and from the sides.

If all print jobs are being shrunk likey one of your defaults has been changed. Check scalling and margin settings

hi, 

im still having trouble. i have always had the setting the same. and the page size as A4. ai have attached two pictures.

someone when it comes to printing the page creates a border of some sort, shrinking the page.1.jpg2.jpg

Not sure word supports borderless printing. If you are printing photographs Word is not the best choice of software. It looks like it is applying the borders that you have specified in the driver.

I have always used word, I didn’t have this problem before.

it was printing just find a full page.
