Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

What should I look for regarding a real annoying printer startup squeal?  The printer is working fine as it prints like it should.  The only issue would seem to be a very bad sounding startup.

These can  be tough to narrow down. You may need to go to the troubleshooting mode and run the component tests.

The Component/Motor Test indicates an issue involving the Yellow cartridge (used or new did not matter).  Done some cleaning with a Q-tip and isopropyl alcohol on some moving parts at the back of the cartridge slot.  That helped a small amount but no where near enough as the screeching squall noise is very much an issue.  What should be the next troubleshooting  consideration?
