printer tray and connection

Hello, so we have been upgrading PC's in the office and our printer is now being a bit stubborn. I have two different issues so ill address them both.

Issue one.

We have a total of 5 PC's in the office. 2 of them were windows 7 and the other 3 are windows xp. Now we upgraded the two windows 7's to windows 10 and only one PC actually prints. The other one gives two diffrent erros

1.Printer out of paper

2.On the printer says unkown document size

3. Only wanting to print to Tray 1 instead of 2 even with prefrence changed.

However while this PC is getting these printing errors the other 4 PC's are just fine.

I have already did fresh drivers and even did a complet clean windows install and still same issue.

Now problem 2

issue two.

While attempting to fix problem one we have somehow change the tray two settings to a point we cant change the size back to letter.

Even addjusting the sensors it only gives us a limited selection however the four PC"s that were printing fine are still printing fine no issue.

Now acouple things that have already been tested.

#1 We brought in different desktop tower and it is having the same issues. Also take in note that this pc was working before we did a windows 10 upgrade but we the other pc we upgraded works just fine.

#2 We have made sure drivers are updated even got a usb copy from online and still nothing.

#3 Have restarted the printer but again its only the 1 pc thats having a issue, and the other desktop we brought in to test

If you guys have any idea or steps to try to fix this problem that would be helpfull thanks.
