I receive a paper mismatch message despite selecting the Avery product and using the Avery paper and setting the paper guides. I receive a paper mismatch message.

You state that you set the paper size, was that in the driver on the PC? If so you will also need to ensure that the paper size set on the printer itself matches the loaded media.

Hi,  Thank you for responding.  Still not working but I think it is the right direction.  On my printer there are choices under the apps selection called quick forms.  I tried the  checklist one for a single column but that didn't work.  So is there a place to get  to set my printer driver?  I downloaded the latest hp driver for windows 10.
