Hello Linda10,
To generate the claim code ( eprint related), make sure the printer is connected to the wireless network. After which perform the below steps ..
Select the ePrint button on your printer.
This will bring up the ePrint menu navigate menu to you see option to remove web services.
After selecting remove web services you will follow same steps to enable web services which then will print out a new code.

I do not have an eprint button nor an lcd display
I go to the printer's email address and it says "does not match any documents"
I have tried every post about this and am about ready to get rid of this printer, although I like it. It is just impossible to get any help from HP regarding how to obtain the printer's claim code. Why do you make this so hard? I am getting to the point where I will fight any more purchases of HP equipment purchases at my company. TELL ME HOW TO GET THIS CODE WITHOUT SENDING ME IN ENDLESS LOOPS.
