To the community,

I am having a recurrent printer problem on my HP 4730mfp. There is a chevron patterned dropout in two colors on the test, possibly visible in all colors. The cartridges are new and I recently replaced the image transfer kit (the problem predates the replacement of the cartridges and image trasfer kit. I have included the test print samples. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.[Untitled]_2016110512464300-1.jpg[Untitled]_2016110512464300-3.jpg[Untitled]_2016110512464300-1.jpg

With the power off I would pull the fuser and look at the heat roller as it looks like the teflon sleeve of the roller has an issue and the fuser will need to be replaced.

It looks as if the fuser was the problem, I see the etching on the teflon roller
