Product: hp laserjet m404dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Our customer uses a dos written (foxpro) tax software that they printed to a brother printer. we upgraded the printer to hp laserjet m404dn and now when printing inside of this software the first page prints, then wont print the second page for 10 minutes. word prints multiple pages fine, and additionally forces that second page out if printed while its waiting to print. The printer needs to be shared out and mapped to lpt additionally to work with software. is there any additional setting to try to get this second page printing? Software guy clams (as always) its not his software and is the printer.

Which driver are you using?  I would try the universal PCL 5 driver.

we have tried multiple drivers including the universal and none worked. also made sure the firmware is up to date.
