Printing starts too far down the page so the bottom of the page gets cut off.

 

How can I fix this issue?

Check and make sure that the paper size and type set on the printer and your application match. This is the most common cause of this issue. As well, a worn pickup roller and result in delayed feeding. Pull out the paper tray and look at the black/grey roller in the top of the tray cavity. If it looks very smooth or is covered in paper dust you can try cleaning it with a lint free cloth moistened with water.
