prints random blue dots in lines most of the time

This seems to happen more with new documents than with old documents.  Even though I am just creating new documents and printing them out, this still happening

Prints random blue dots in lines often means you got a bad toner cartridge needed to be replaced.

But before replacing it you can try to clcan its waste toner bin with a piece of business card to see if it helps or not.
