it is m438dna, printer is already out of warranty

there is problem in printing, i have already registered the case and paid for the charged service

I  notified a moderator of the problem, but it would be useful if you could provide more information about the problem such as error codes of symptoms.

I understand your concern about the printing issue, I'll do my best to help you with this.

Could you kindly confirm the below details : 


Since you mentioned the printer is HP Laser MFP M438dna. Could you please confirm this is the correct model?

 

What exactly happens when you try to print? 

  • Blank pages? Faded prints? Paper jams?
  • Are you seeing any error messages on the printer display or on the computer?
  • Does the issue occur when printing from all applications or only a specific application?
  • Since you've already registered a paid service case, could you kindly confirm was it from HP end, if so can you kindly share the case ID via private message to review the records.  

Once you provide the details above, especially the exact printing symptoms, any error messages, and the service case number, I'll be happy to suggest more specific  steps based on the issue you're experiencing.
