Common failure on this product. One of the least reliable products I have had to support. Do not waste time on it, buy a new product. When we were servicing it reached a point where we were instructed by HP to not repair the units as the spare parts were no more reliable than the failed parts. Does it throw an error on the screen finishing the scanner dance?
