HP 1136 laser printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP 1136 laser jet printer recently. I do not know how to explain my problem.  the projecting input tray at the bottom can be closed completely flush with the printer when not in use. But the output tray is little above and projecting. part of output tray (extender) can be closed but still some portion (bin)  is projecting . can this be closed to be flush with the printer. I am afraid something (for e.g. the chair ) will knock at the projecting part of the output tray and it may be damaged.  any solution?
