"Printer Not Ready" When printing from Outlook desktop App

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We recently purchased a few HP Color Laserjet M477fdn printers. Users are able to print other pages including webpage pages but unable to print a page or document from the outlook desktop app. The OS is windows 10, 64-bit. Users are getting the "Printer Not Ready" error message.

It looks like the issue has been resolved with UPD5.1.1. Here is the relevant support document: HP Universal Print Driver Series - "Printer Not Ready" when Printing from Microsoft Outlook
