return label missing

I received a replacement printer for my HP 6830 with the printhead problem, but there was no return label included. How can I get one so I can return the original printer within the deadline?

Please call tech support team that helped you with the order since they can make the order on the system , within 24-48 hours you will get the label on your email

I did not have a tech team that helped me with the order. The request for a replacement printer was done entirely electronically and it arrived without a return label.

This is my second reply to you. I HAVE FOUND THE RETURN LABEL!  It was hiding in the bottom of the box under the printer. My problem has been solved and I appreciate your help.
