My account keep displaying after several day's about the rollover pages '.....in progress......'.

On the last facturation information there is no data about the previous extra pages I bought.... So I suppose these are free... :manvery-happy: Thanks HP !

I am sending you a private message with the steps asking for account details. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Please reply back on the public post as this Private message box is not monitored.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,

Hi, today I started new month with my pages, but the pages I bought from last month did not roll over, there was 13 pages to roll over..

Hi, Gail17 . Wait a couple of weeks after the start of the 'new month' , and your roll-over pages wil be seen ! Everything works correct here , just has to wait a while to see the roll-over pages.
