When powering on after a while it shows scanner error #4 but it probably interacts with the whole printer because i cant even print a single page.
Please let me know a solution. It is the same problem as the error 5? What can i do.

Just checked the service manual and it does not give any guidance on this error. In most cases if you are getting a scanner error it is either the physical scanner itself or the control board. The only sure way to know is to swap components.

I've never heard of or seen a "scanner error #4". Can you verify that's what you see on the printer screen? I also double checked the manual and can't find anything like that either.

Something you can try:

Power Reset the printer
1. With the printer powered On, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer as well as any data cables (USB or network).
2. Wait 60 seconds.
3. Plug the power cord back into the printer and turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet. Avoid power strips, surge protectors and UPS devices.
See if the printer powers up and comes ready, reconnect the data cable and try printing.

When the printer powers up, do you see the scanner light bar light up or the bar move? If not, likely a scanner unit or scanner flat cable is broken.
