did you happen to have the caps lock on when you first set the password?

No, i didn't. Always have an eye on it.

I think, the passwords input length in system panel is longer than in login password field, could that be?

System Panel: i came f.e. to max. "password1234"

Login Panel: i came f.e. to max. "password123"

However, i tried all the combinations of given password, caps lock on, off, different lengths, etc. nothing worked anymore.

Is there a possibility to hard reset it (Button combination on printer) to factory defaults (including system password)?

Best regards,

J.
