Product: HP Pagewide Pro MFP 477dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When printing an Excel sheet, some, and only some, of the check boxes fill black... whether checked or unchecked. Does not happen on any other printer HP or other, color or b&w. Has anybody else experienced this problem and if so how can I fix the problem. The printer was purchased in January, and did not have the problem initially. Yes, I have tried creating new check boxes, still happens. Help!
